Waberthwaite Carnival
As a part of Class 1's 'travels around the world' the children have spent some time exploring South America and have ended this with a wonderful carnival based on the Rio Carnival.
The children designed and made their own floats, created masks and costumes and the danced their way around the playground with an audience of staff, pupils and parents.
What a party!
